Can I cancel and request a refund?
Refunds are available up to 24 hours before your appointment. Please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
I cannot find an earlier appointment. Can I go onto a waiting list?
The online calendar is updated in real-time and shows all current availability. Appointments may open up due to cancellations, so feel free to check back regularly. Please note: Mirella does not maintain a waiting list.
Can I record the session?
Yes. Please be ready to record your session. Recording is your responsibility. Mirella does not provide notes or summaries.
How do I reschedule your appointment?
To reschedule, click ‘Reschedule’ on the right side of your booking page. This is only available up to 24 hours before your appointment.
How often should I have a reading?
Readings are not meant to disempower you, so frequent sessions are discouraged. If your circumstances change or a new issue arises, you're welcome to book again. Otherwise, a yearly reading is recommended. Always trust your intuition and inner guidance.
Can my family member or friend sit in on the reading with me?
You’re welcome to bring a friend, but be aware that the energy can become entangled, and they may receive more of the reading than you. This can be tricky if you've paid for the session. Additionally, some information may be sensitive or personal, so please carefully consider if you'd like a partner, friend, or parent to sit in on your reading.
How do I retrieve my Zoom link?
Check your email for the Zoom link, including your junk folder.

It’s your responsibility to convert the timezone. Missed appointments due to time-zone confusion may incur a penalty and will need to be rebooked.
Can I extend my appointment from 30 to 45 minutes after the reading has been booked?
You can cancel your 30-minute reading and rebook for a 45-minute session if available. Please check availability before cancelling.
Can I extend my reading during the session?
This cannot be accommodated. Appointments are back-to-back with time reserved to reset and cleanse energy. Mirella does not offer 1-hour readings.
What if I am running late?
Please email or text. Mirella sees clients back-to-back and may not be able to answer the phone. Note: Your appointment time may be shortened to avoid impacting others.
How do I redeem my gift card/voucher?
The new booking platform doesn’t support gift cards. To purchase one, email Mirella at Mirella.psychic@hotmail.com, and she will send you a payment link and virtual card. The recipient must email Mirella to schedule their appointment using the gift card. The card does not expire.
Do you use Tarot cards? How do you read?
Mirella uses Tarot, Oracle, and her intuition. As a Psychic Medium, she also connects with loved ones and pets in the spirit world.
Do you do house clearings and curse removal?
This is not part of Mirella's service.
Can I book but pay on the day?
All bookings are made online and must be paid for at the time of booking.
How should I prepare for my reading? Do I need to bring anything?
Please arrive with an open mind and heart. There’s nothing you need to bring. Everything discussed is completely confidential.
When does Psychic Development Class run, and can I join?
Classes run every second Tuesday, starting February 4th, 2025, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. While we encourage fortnightly attendance, we understand if that’s not always possible—feel free to come when you can. Location: Resonant Soul, Upstairs, 1/728 Old Princes Hwy, Sutherland NSW (near the train station).
Can you do home visits and group bookings?
Mirella requires 2 months’ notice for group bookings. You’ll need a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 clients. The cost is $100 per person for a 20-minute reading. For larger groups, Mirella will bring a colleague to assist.
